How To Get Yourself Out Of A Depressive State

Some simple steps that can help you out of a depressive state.

Here are my recommendations on how to get yourself out of a depressive state.

I don’t think you need to change all the habits that you have that probably contribute to that depressive state.

I think it’s enough to do push-ups every day even when you don’t feel like it and when you tell yourself “oh this is difficult” or “this is too hard” or “my body hurts” or whatever you try to use as an excuse not to do it.

You just keep doing that and the other thing is to take the focus of yourself and put it on other people. See how you can help other people and how you can provide value to other people.

Doing these two things I think are enough. We could talk about all the bad habits that probably contribute to a depressive state but I think it’s already enough to really just be someone that can stick for 30 days with push-ups and doing them every day even when when you don’t feel like it.

To be that kind of person that can stick with that regardless of how you feel or whether or not you feel up to it. Both of these things going to leave you in a better more positive mindset.
